Oil Splash noodles is a mandatory dish every time I come here. Make sure to order flat wide noodles. They got OG in the back hand tossing noodles to order. Bless his wrist. It's like he was born to hand toss noodles and I was born to visit here and eat them. Service is fast and workers here are kind. Extra points for parking in the target garage, the escalator brings you right up to the restaurant. Beef chow mein and Chinese burgers are also worth the trip back. Excited to try their soups when it gets a lil colder out.

Good service, food was decent. Spicy isn't really spicy. I would def comeback tho. I recommend the spicy beef noodle it has more flavor than the lan noodles. And the xiao bao dipped in broth!!! I just wished it was spicy.

On food alone I'd give them 5 stars - everything we tried was excellent and felt very authentic including a man making fresh Chinese noodles to order at the back of the counter. We got their 3 different combinations which meant different noodle dishes - one wet (which means in soup) one dry (the usual way) and one cold. Each combination comes with a side we got smashed cucumber, pickled cabbage and Chinese burger (which is actually shredded pork in a hamburger bun. You choose the noodle - we got medium flat for the soup and the cold and medium round for the dry. Then you pick your protein - we got lamb for the dry (so good), braised beef for the soup (also very good) and tofu skin for the cold (yum!). Then just for the fun of it, we ordered a rice bowl of sweet and sour chicken - I usually do not like sweet and sour anything as I find it too commercially boring, but their was very good. The service was courteous and friendly. The food came at a timely manner and they were attentive enough to notice when we needed something. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because I felt there was something missing in the place itself. For food as good as theirs, I wish they put more effort in making the place feel a bit more conceptual or at least more comfortable than the bare bones table and chairs. I do hope they find a way to promote this place and that it gets the attention and popularity it deserves so that it stays a while. It's accessible enough, you can enter from Santa Monica or La Brea or you can come in from the underground parking lot.

My sister and I needed to prepare for an intense Target run and we stumbled upon LAN noodle to fuel us. FOOD: 5/5 I ordered combo b with the braised noodle soup w tofu skin appetizer. This hit the spot for me. The waitress suggested their wide flat noodle for the soup. I love the chew and bounce of the noodle and I don't typically go for wide noodle dishes, but this one was great. Loved the flavors and the beef chunks in the soup. My sister ordered I think the dry noodle with beef and the wide flat noodle. I tried some too and it was great. The sauce was savory and all the aromatics complimented eachother well. She said she enjoyed it as well. Service: 5/5 I didn't catch the name of our server but she was very sweet, attentive and was helpful in our decision of what to order. The food came out very fast too and we loved our meal here. Parking: 5/5 Located at the same plaza as Santa Monica Blvd and I think the first two hours are free! Super convenient and easy Will be back again. The food was yummy, service was great, free parking (under 2 hours) -what more can you ask for!
